Presidential Search Input Survey Open through Midnight February 9
The IRSC Presidential Search Committee has launched an online survey to help inform a search profile and advertisements designed to recruit the College’s fourth president. IRSC employees, students and community members are encouraged to access the survey to share their thoughts about the desired talents, accomplishments and experiences that presidential candidates should possess. Survey responses will be used by the Search Committee in conjunction with feedback collected at Listening Sessions happening throughout the IRSC service district—Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee and St. Lucie counties—this week.

Indian River State College is holding a series of listening sessions facilitated by consultants from AGB Search. These sessions are vital for the Presidential Search Committee to develop a Search Profile and advertisements that will be integral to the College’s recruitment efforts.
Participants will have the opportunity to share thoughts about desired talents, accomplishments and experiences that candidates should possess. The sessions will also probe future opportunities and challenges for the College and the new President. The College and AGB Search expect a strong pool of candidates; your involvement will help ensure that result.
We encourage you to attend any one of the following sessions based on your availability—even if you are not a member of the listed constituent group.
If you are unable to attend the sessions, you can share the traits you hope to see in the next IRSC President, along with the opportunities and challenges you would like the President to focus on, in the Presidential Search Input Survey. A link to the survey will publish on this page when the survey opens on Tuesday, February 4. The survey closes at midnight on Sunday, February 9, 2020.
