Hurricane Nicole Update

We’ve completed a full assessment of our campuses; they are safe and secure:
- Students may now return to their residences at the IRSC River Hammock.
- Men’s Basketball Veterans Classic and tournament games will take place on November 12 and 13. Visit the Athletics website for details as game times may have changed.
- All OTHER student-related campus events and classes resume at all IRSC locations on Monday, November 14.
We are thankful that Hurricane Nicole had minimal impact on our service region and hope that you and your family have remained safe throughout. If you are experiencing hardships returning from evacuation or difficulties resulting from storm damage, please communicate with your supervisors as soon as possible.

Due to the potential impact of Tropical Storm Nicole, Indian River State College will be closed to employees, students, and visitors beginning at 5:00 p.m. TODAY. All classes (including online classes) and campus events are canceled.
The College will remain closed until Monday, November 14.

Due to the potential impact of Subtropical Storm Nicole, all Indian River State College campuses will be closed to employees, students, and visitors on Wednesday, November 9 and Thursday, November 10. All classes (including online classes) and campus events are canceled. The November 10 Veterans event at Pruitt Campus will be rescheduled.
The College is closed on Friday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.
Tuesday, November 8, is a regular school day for students and employees.
