Move Freely
Wait wherever you’d like.
Get Updates
You will get an estimated wait time and wait time updates, including an alert when it is 15 minutes before your turn.
Be Served
The River Line will let you know when you reach the front of the virtual line. You can also ask for more time if your pending service time no longer fits your schedule.
