Each of the five Indian River State College campuses offer centrally located, state-of-the-art meeting spaces that are convenient and affordable.

Massey Campus (Fort Pierce)
The Kight Center for Emerging Technologies
The Kight Center for Emerging Technologies is a showcase for cutting-edge technology, manufacturing and teacher education. Encompassing 108,000 square feet, the four-story Kight Center is the College’s largest and most technologically sophisticated facility.
The Kight Center connects the IRSC Massey Campus to the College’s other locations through interactive live television and is fully equipped with Smart Boards and presentation technologies for meetings and conferences.
Schreiber Conference Center (St. Lucie West)
The Schreiber Conference Center offers a state-of-the-art venue for new education, business and technology opportunities on the Treasure Coast. Facilities in the 13,000-square-foot Center provide a high-tech setting for training programs, conferences and meetings, as well as networking and business-related seminars.
The Schreiber Conference Center at St. Lucie West is named in recognition of the late Strelsa Schreiber, a well-known Port St. Lucie community leader. For more than 35 years, Mrs. Schreiber was a staunch supporter of the College, its students and the community.
Rooms within the Schreiber Conference Center have been named in recognition of major contributors: Dot and Bud Adams; CORE Communities; National City; Lawnwood Regional/St. Lucie Medical Centers; Neill, Griffin, Fowler, Tierney, Neill & Marquis; QVC; Riverside National Bank; Tropicana; and PRIMERICA RVPs Leatherman and Meade. Other major contributors are: Adams Pest Control; Haisley Funeral Home & Cremation Services; Home Depot of St. Lucie West; Sam’s Club; Sera Serafini; and Dr. Susan Taggart.
Frank “Sonny” and Betty C. Williamson Conference and Education Center (Okeechobee)
The only facility of its kind in Okeechobee, the Frank “Sonny” and Betty C. Williamson Conference and Education Center provides a state-of-the-art venue for large-scale conferences, seminars, strategic planning sessions, community activities and other events. Providing a technologically sophisticated environment, the 15,000-square-foot Center is a multi-purpose resource supporting academic, community, cultural and business development.
The Center is named in honor of Frank “Sonny” Williamson and Betty Williamson as lead contributors to the IRSC Foundation’s fundraising campaign for the facility.
Clare & Gladys Wolf High-Technology Center at IRSC Chastain Campus (Stuart)
The 37,000-square-foot Clare & Gladys Wolf High-Technology Center at IRSC Chastain Campus provides a highly sophisticated, affordable setting for educational, entrepreneurial and economic development activities in Martin County and a Conference Center for business and community use. It also houses the Andy and Fran Morgade IRSC Business Incubator.
The Center is named in honor of the late Clare R. Wolf and his wife, Gladys Wolf, who for more than a decade contributed generously in support of IRSC, its students, faculty and the community.
Rooms within the Wolf High-Technology Center have been named in recognition of major contributors: the Susan H. Johnson Auditorium, Al and Pat Olofsson Veranda, Wachovia Foundation Breakout Room, Herbert H. Yardley Breakout Room, Dr. Charles Falcone Computer Science Classroom, Calusa Creek Tree Farm and Ranch Information Technology Lab, Dr. W. Hinson and Grace Keller Jones Reception Hall, and First National Bank and Trust Office Technology Systems Lab. The Louise M. Troost Faculty Lounge is also available to faculty and staff.
Richardson Center (Vero)
The 16,000-square-foot Richardson Center is a unique business, education and entrepreneurial conference center. State-of-the-art technology is combined with comfort and convenience to provide the perfect setting for a successful seminar, workshop, conference or special event.
The Richardson Center is named after Dan and Marge Richardson for their long-standing dedication and support of IRSC and the residents of Indian River County.
Rooms within the Richardson Center have been named in recognition of major contributors: the Mueller Auditorium; Bob and Becky Allen and J. Richard and Mary Graves Veranda; Wells Fargo Strategic Planning Center; New Piper Aircraft, Inc. Break-Out Room; Leroy Smith, Inc. Ray and Beth Smith Break-Out Room; Bjorkman Break-Out Room; In Memory of Helen and Merrill Barber Break-Out Room; U.S. Trust and Richard and Laura McDermott Reception Hall; Indian River National Bank Business Development Center and Seacoast National Bank Computer Lab.

Insurance
Renters must deliver a certificate of insurance showing that they have general liability insurance in force of at least $1,000,000 for each occurrence and at least $2,000,000 in general aggregate and indicating that the IRSC District Board of Trustees is named as additional insured under such policies for the duration of the event. The certificate must be provided to the Center no less than 14 days prior to the event. The facility cannot be rented without this coverage. If your organization does not have insurance then it must be purchased through the University Risk Management and Insurance Association TULIP program.
