LaQuinta Jones is the March 2023 Team Member of the Month

Sebastian resident LaQuinta Jones is the Indian River State College March 2023 Team Member of the Month. LaQuinta joined the IRSC family in February 2018 to serve as a Career and Transfer Specialist on the Muller campus—the position she holds today. 

LaQuinta demonstrates exemplary effort and performance on all levels as Career and Transfer Specialist at the Mueller Campus. When a student comes to see LaQuinta, they know they will get the help they need to succeed at their goals. She is highly motivated—always willing to do what it takes to help a student or co-worker complete any task at hand. She is a genuine team player who helps Mueller Campus provide outstanding student service that students experience at the Mueller campus. Her work reflects the pride and enthusiasm she invests in her responsibilities.

LaQuinta’s colleagues eagerly talk about the positive impact she makes on the lives of the students she works with daily. “I have watched her take the time with various students in helping them formulate a professional resume—LaQuinta goes out of her way to make sure that every student she encounters feels welcome, feels like they belong and that they can achieve their goals and dreams.” They continue adding, “Her bubbly, positive attitude makes you want to be around her. I am so grateful that we have an employee like LaQuinta here at Mueller and all the value she brings to those around her.”
