Precision Fabrication

This 22-week intensive program is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills required for fabrication, machining, and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) operation. This course provides a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience, making it ideal for those looking to quickly develop expertise and gain employment in precision manufacturing processes.

Topics include industrial safety, shop math, metrology, tooling, blueprint reading, inspection, geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing, CNC machines (mills and lathes), and machining codes.

Once You Complete the Course

This course is an entry point to careers as a machinist, machine operator, CNC operator, metal fabricator, and others. You will be able to work across a spectrum of manufacturers that provide services to aviation, aerospace, defense, entertainment, automotive, and other industries.

Course Information

The course costs $3,500. Tuition assistance may be available. There are no pre-requisites and you will earn 38 Continuing Education Units.
