Project STAGE
As part of Project STAGE (Students Transitioning to Academics and Gainful Employment), students with intellectual disabilities have the opportunity to experience life as a college student while gaining valuable professional and life skills.
After completing their two-year program, students can pursue competitive employment and enter the workforce with confidence.

The Project STAGE Experience
Project STAGE students participate in classes, clubs and organizations, and campus events, all alongside our student mentors.
Project STAGE is designed to help students improve their personal and professional skills through opportunities including:
- Academic training
- Technical skills training
- Job-shadowing
- Internships
- Independent living
- Financial planning and money management
- Integration and inclusion in the Indian River State College environment
