Welding is the most economical and efficient way to join metals permanently. Learn the most common welding techniques—Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)—while studying basic layout and material usage, industry quality standards, safety requirements and interpretation of blueprint drawings.

Obtain lucrative employment as a welder in a wide varieties of industries, from car racing to manufacturing. Similar, yet different job opportunities include becoming a cutter, solderer or brazer – all of which use heat to create and shape solutions to a myriad of applications.
