In this darkly comedic parody, two Brontë-esque sisters and their existentialist dog struggle to be seen, loved and understood amidst the stifling mist of the 1840s English moors. A naïve governess and a crippled pheasant’s arrival to their Gothic manor awakens new opportunities, new horizons and new appetites. [PG-13]
