High school and college students with strong academic performance are invited to attend the Honors Program Information Session. The IRSC Honors Program is designed for students committed to high academic achievement and engages students majoring in a diverse range of subjects. Honors students benefit from enriched learning opportunities and increased scholarship options. Students receive an Honors designation on their transcript for all completed Honors courses; a real advantage when applying for university-level studies or when moving into an IRSC Baccalaureate program. Honors students are also strong candidates for IRSC Foundation scholarships exclusively available for Honors students for use at IRSC and when transferring to other institutions. Admission to the Honors Program requires one of the following: a cumulative GPA of 3.3 for a minimum of 12 college credits; a composite ACT score of 26; a composite verbal and math SAT score of 1100; or a P.E.R.T. score of 350 or higher.
