Clark Advanced Learning Center Information Session

Clark Advanced Learning Center is an A-rated public charter high school serving about 250 Martin County students. The Clark is located at the IRSC Chastain Campus in Stuart and is the top-ranked high school on the Treasure Coast and in the top ten of high schools in Florida (based on the Florida high school grading system). The high-performing high school provides a small school learning environment for high school sophomores and juniors and seniors with diverse interests and aptitudes and goals. Clark students are very active in a wide variety of community service projects and participate in business internships. These internships provide firsthand experiences and connect learning to student goals for the future. Clark students have the opportunity to earn college credits for free through Dual Enrollment with the convenience and advantages of a college campus. Dually-emrolled Clark students typically complete a year of college by the time they graduate from the school with their high school diploma. This represents a savings of at least $3000 at a public university and $20000 at a private university. Highly motivated students may earn a full Associate Degree while still in high school and enter college as a junior.
