Florida College System Chancellor Kathy Hebda Visits IRSC

Indian River State College was honored to welcome Kathy Hebda, Florida College System Chancellor, to tour two of its campuses—the Massey Campus in Fort Pierce and the Pruitt Campus in Port St. Lucie—on Monday, May 23. During her visit Hebda had the opportunity to learn about advancement on some of the key initiatives at IRSC and meet with College faculty, staff, and administration. Highlights of Hebda’s IRSC visit include: updates on the IRSC School of Nursing expansion; news about progress on the Eastman Advanced Workforce Training Complex on the Massey Campus in Fort Pierce; and a visit to the IRSC Veterans Center of Excellence on the Pruitt Campus in Port St. Lucie. “Indian River State College is the place to go,” commented Hebda during her tour. “If you're anywhere around here, you've got a future (at IRSC).”
