Indian River State College Announces July 2024 Team Member of the Month
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL (July 19, 2024) - Indian River State College is proud to announce Christopher Faulk as the July 2024 Team Member of the Month. Faulk, a Port St. Lucie resident, serves as a Groundskeeper at the Massey Campus Physical Plant. The Team Member of the Month Award recognizes non-instructional employees for their outstanding contributions to Indian River State College.
Faulk's journey with Indian River State began in July 2008 as a part-time employee in the Custodial Department. His dedication and hard work led to a full-time position as a Groundskeeper in February 2012. Faulk is recognized for his tireless efforts in maintaining the campus grounds to the highest standards.

Faulk's colleagues praise his exceptional work ethic and his willingness to go above and beyond his regular duties. Recently, he has been pursuing a pesticide license to fill a skills gap within the organization, demonstrating his commitment to personal growth and the betterment of the College.
In addition to his groundskeeping responsibilities, Faulk assists with setting up commencement ceremonies, showcasing his flexibility and dedication to the institution. His positive attitude and commitment to the College’s mission make him an exemplary team member.
