Clark Earns School of Excellence Designation
November 30, 2018 Robert Lane
The Clark Advanced Learning Center has again been designated a School of Excellence by the Florida Department of Education. This is the second consecutive year the school has earned this prestigious recognition from the state.
To be designated for this honor a school must excel on Florida’s grading system for at least two of the last three school years.
Additionally, Florida Department of Education has recognized the Clark Advanced Learning Center with an A ranking for 10 years in a row, and the agency ranks the Clark among the top ten high schools in Florida.
The Clark affords students with the opportunity to earn high school and college credits tuition free through dual enrollment with the convenience and resources of a college campus. As a result students graduate with their high school diploma and a year or more of college completed. Students also gain expertise in the latest technology and real-world experience in internships related to their career interest.
