IRSC Welcomes Michael Grant as Director of Enrollment Management

Indian River State College (IRSC) announces the appointment of Dr. Michael Grant as Director of Enrollment Management. In this role Grant provides leadership in the planning, development, direction and implementation of college-wide Enrollment Management programs focusing on student recruitment, customer service and satisfaction, retention and degree completion.
Prior to coming to IRSC, Grant served as the Executive Director of Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) at Edwards Waters College where he was responsible for the planning and delivery of services and programs in the CETL. He also served as the International Recruiter Advisor for the Caribbean, Latin America, and Canada at the University of South Florida.
Grant shares additional experience in higher education having served as Dean of Enrollment at Concordia College, Selma Alabama, and Director of Admissions and Enrollment at Saint Paul’s College, Lawrenceville Virginia. He additionally served as Director of Residence Life ant Paine College in Augusta Georgia and was a Recruiting and Academic Coordinator at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia.
Grant is dedicated to the strategic enrollment management process. Having served at both public and private institutions in positions relating to enrollment and student affairs, he brings rich experience in the field of change management in higher education and has a keen understanding of systems used in student recruitment, development, and engagement. Grant holds his Ed.D. in Education Leadership from Capella University.
