STUART—Jasmine Nunez, a student at the Clark Advanced Learning Center, has been selected as a 2023 Bank of America Student Leader.
Nunez is among 300 students nationwide chosen by Bank of America for this honor from
more than 5,000 applications. The award includes an eight-week paid internship at
a local non-profit organization this summer. The 300 finalists also travel to Washington,
D.C., in July to attend a Student Leaders Summit where they can network with other
student leaders and learn civic, social, and business leadership skills and the critical
role non-profit organizations play in communities.
“We were thrilled to learn of Jasmine being selected for this opportunity,” said Dr. Leslie Judd, Executive Director and Principal of Clark Advanced Learning Center. “Jasmine has consistently demonstrated her leadership skills both on campus as well as through her community involvement. She has a huge heart and I cannot think of a better young leader for the non-profit that will be lucky enough to have her as an intern this summer.”
