"For the longest time, I have been a true believer in practicing what you preach. I do my best to be the best example for others, especially my children. They have been the fuel for all of the challenges that I take on. By finally completing this pivotal step in my life, there are no limits to what my kids can achieve.”
Port St. Lucie resident Marcus Grant was proud to finally graduate with his Bachelor’s Degree in digital media in 2018, after a 20-year journey.
The IRSC and Lincoln Park Academy graduate is now a graphic design teacher at the Batt School in Juno Beach and the art director at the Hibiscus Center in Vero Beach.
“The IRSC faculty and facilities really made for a phenomenal experience. The teachers were extremely helpful in guiding me and helping me get into my master’s program—I’d love to go back and teach at IRSC one day.”
“I started at IRSC right after high school graduation and while it did take me a long time to finish, I’m proud that I finished my bachelor’s and my teaching certification through IRSC. Staying local worked for me.”
