IRSC Performing Arts Students Perform 'Blood Wedding' on Outdoor Stage

Indian River State College (IRSC) Performing Arts program presented their fall production—Federico Garcia Lorca’s 1932 tragedy “Blood Wedding” (translated by American poet Langston Hughes) Thursday, November 19 and Saturday, November 21. The unique production took place outdoors with both audience and actors socially-distanced. “Blood Wedding” is a drama of unrequited passion, isolation, and vengeance, set in the Andalucia region of Spain in the early 20th Century.
