Presidential Applicant Deadline Extended to May 26 Due to Coronavirus

FORT PIERCE, FL—The Indian River State College Presidential Search Committee has extended its Presidential Search application deadline to Tuesday, May 26, 2020, due to extenuating circumstances resulting from the broad impact of the Coronavirus pandemic. Those who had applied by the original April 13 deadline were notified of the extension, and assured that they remain in the applicant pool for consideration.

“The IRSC Presidential Search Committee takes seriously its responsibility to identify the best possible candidates to lead this incredible institution of higher education,” says Presidential Search Committee Chair Vicki Davis. “In light of how the Coronavirus is affecting individuals worldwide, we felt that it was important to give prospective candidates more time as many are leading higher education institutions through unprecedented times, all while balancing their own personal situations.”
