Fort Pierce resident Suzanne Tucker is the Indian River State College October 2021 Staff Employee of the Month. Suzanne joined the IRSC family in June of 1982, starting as a Programmer I. Suzanne earned her promotion to Programmer II in August of 2012, and has served as the Student State Reporting Specialist since August of 2020, working in Research and Institutional Effectiveness.
Suzanne has a central role in ensuring that the College’s student data reporting to the state is delivered complete, accurate, and on time. She is known as a hard worker who will work long hours to accomplish this vital institutional goal. Suzanne possesses superb attention to detail and expansive knowledge of reporting roles that are in use daily. She continuously monitors changes in student data and works to maintain close partnerships and stellar working relationships with the many institutional stakeholders of student data across the institution.
Those who work with Suzanne are the first to share how valuable her capabilities are to the College. “Suzanne’s dedication and expertise are hard to match,” shares one of her close co-workers. “You can always depend on her to go above and beyond to ensure that all of IRSC’s student data reporting is spot-on accurate.” Another co-worker states, “Suzanne works seamlessly through any challenges that come her way, calmly walking over boulders like they were pebbles. She has more than earned this recognition as the IRSC Employee of the Month!”
