VERO BEACH, FL—Piper Aircraft, Inc. is accepting applications for its 2021 Apprenticeship Program. The two-year program, presented in cooperation with Indian River State College (IRSC), launched in 2019 in response to the increasing demand for high-quality manufacturing candidates at Piper Aircraft. The second cohort class recently completed their first semester of the program, shadowing skilled aircraft assembly workers and learning all aspects of aircraft fabrication and assembly while taking related IRSC-delivered coursework.
