Clark Advanced Learning Center Celebrates Graduation of 88 Seniors

Stuart, FL (May 20, 2025) - Clark Advanced Learning Center, a high-performing A-rated public charter high school, celebrated the achievements of 88 graduates during its commencement ceremony held Saturday at Jensen Beach High School on May 17, 2025.
Soaring toward bright futures, Clark Advanced Learning Center's Class of 2025 celebrates their achievement with the traditional cap toss, marking the culmination of their high school journey and the beginning of new possibilities.
The Class of 2025 distinguished itself with remarkable academic and community accomplishments. Over 60% of graduates earned associate degrees from Indian River State College while completing their high school education. The class collectively performed more than 17,874 hours of service learning and community work during their high school years.
"This graduating class exemplifies what makes Clark Advanced Learning Center special – academic excellence combined with real-world experience and community engagement," said Dr. Leslie E. Judd, Principal and Executive Director.
Guest speaker Zoë Prince, a 2016 Clark alumna who now serves as Chief of Staff to Congressman David Scott of Georgia's Thirteenth Congressional District, delivered an inspiring address drawing from her professional experience in public policy following her education at Florida State University and George Washington University.
Dr. Timothy E. Moore, President of Indian River State College, offered his congratulations to the graduates: "On behalf of Indian River State College, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the Clark Advanced Learning Center Class of 2025. These remarkable students have demonstrated exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and community engagement. As many of them have already completed associate degrees with us, we've witnessed firsthand their dedication and potential. We are immensely proud of their accomplishments and excited to see how they will continue to excel in their future endeavors."
The ceremony included remarks from Dr. Heather J. Belmont, Vice President of Academic Affairs at Indian River State College, highlighting the long-standing relationship between the college and Clark Advanced Learning Center.
Clark seniors demonstrated exceptional college readiness with 92% readiness in English, 94% in reading, and 91% in math. They earned more than $141,100 in local scholarships and over $599,320 in Bright Futures Scholarships. Graduates have been accepted to more than 45 colleges and universities nationwide.
Clark Advanced Learning Center has maintained its Grade "A" designation from the State of Florida for 15 consecutive years and is recognized as a High-Performing Charter School and School of Excellence by the Florida Department of Education.
The school's innovative approach includes extensive internship opportunities, with seniors collectively completing more than 3,000 hours in the local community through partnerships with over 100 local businesses each year.
