Diplomas And Certificates

You’ve worked hard, and now it’s time to let your credentials go to work for you. Indian River State College has teamed with Parchment to offer both a printed and official digital version of your diploma/certificate.

Printed Diplomas/Certificates

Parchment will mail paper diplomas/certificates two to three weeks after term completion, to your address on file with Indian River State College. Make sure you update your address in Workday prior to the end of your final term. Access your student account through The River Portal. To edit your Workday profile, click on View Profile from the upper right corner, then Contact and Edit.

Previous Indian River State College Graduates can order diploma/certificate reprints by creating an account with Parchment and placing an order. 

Digital Diplomas/Certificates

A free digital diploma/certificate will be available to Graduates a few days after term completion. Students will receive a notification to their personal email and a text notification with instructions for electronically claiming their diploma or certificate. Make sure you update your address in Workday prior to the end of your final term. Access your student account through The River Portal. To edit your Workday profile, click on View Profile from the upper right corner, then Contact and Edit.

Your digital diploma/certificate will always be available for download as many times as you’d like through your Parchment account at no cost to you. 

Follow these steps:

• Check your personal email and text messages for the award notification.
• Follow the link to set up your Parchment digital credentials account.
• Share your digital diploma/certificate on Facebook and LinkedIn, or download a secure .pdf version.
